What tickets will go on sale at 1pm?

Taylor Swift fans have two more opportunities to get tickets for her tour today.

At 1pm tickets for London, August 17 will go on sale.

This will be the last date available for London.

Fans report issues with AXS

Customers have reported that they are being identified as a “bot” on the website as they rush to purchase Taylor Swift tickets.

One fan claimed: "Help! I failed twice to get Taylor Swift tickets yesterday.

"Now logged as a bot. I have a code for Cardiff today. I will be using my sisters account & will be doing it at home rather than work so on a different wifi. Is it best to use a different device too?"

A second said: “I’ve been flagged as a bot for Taylor Swift tickets, can you help?”

Tickets for London on sale now

Tickets for Taylor Swift‘s 2024 The Eras Tour are now on sale!

Here are the dates now available:

London | Wembley Stadium | Sunday, 23 June 2024

What is the ‘lead booker’ rule?

Taylor Swift’s concerts are a “lead booker” event.

This means that the person that booked the tickets for the order will need to attend the event in person and the tickets can’t be transferred or passed on.

The ticket firm states: “Tickets are strictly non-transferable. When arriving in groups, the lead booker must be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue.

“All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time. Each ticket holder must be in possession of their ticket on their smart device.”

Ticketmaster waiting rooms open

Ticketmaster‘s online waiting rooms are now open!

Click ‘Join Waiting Room‘ once and you should be placed in the waiting room automatically, where you will see a countdown to the sale.

Ticketmaster advises against having multiple tabs and browsers open for the same date as this can slow down the ticket-buying process.

Tickets go on sale at 11am.
