Seventy staff who lost jobs at Jamie Oliver restaurant win 200,000
SEVENTY former staff of a collapsed restaurant founded by Jamie Oliver have won a legal claim for more than £200,000.
They will receive the equivalent of eight weeks’ pay following a failure in the redundancy process.
All worked at Fifteen Cornwall — which TV celebrity chef Jamie, 45, launched in 2006.
He was not involved with the eaterie in Watergate Bay near Newquay, when it closed without warning last December.
