A MAN has been left with multiple injuries after being stabbed outside a Greggs store on a busy street in West London.
The 21-year-old was found with stab wound injuries on The Broadway in Ealing just after 1pm this afternoon.

Cops were called following reports of the attack, and London Ambulance Service also attended the scene.
Terrified residents took to social media to warn people to stay away from the area.
The 21-year-old victim was rushed to hospital, where his injuries are still being assessed.
There were also reports on social media that a machete was used in the attack this afternoon - but these have not been confirmed.
Ealing Police said that two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the stabbing.
"A 21-year-old man was found with stab wound injuries," cops said in a statement.
"He has now been taken to a London hospital.
"His injuries are still being assessed by medics.
"Two males have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and have been taken to a West London police station.
"A crime scene has been established and is in place. Enquiries are continuing."
